If you use the Services on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on that company's behalf.

2. Use of the Services

You may use the Services only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Services to violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Services except as permitted by a written agreement with us

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any scoring, routing, or analytics output will produce a particular business outcome.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inteleflow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim arose.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inteleflow from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and the parties consent to their jurisdiction.
